    Dalrymple is a small exmining village in the East Ayrshire council region of Scotland's west coast. It has approximately 1000 houses. There are two pubs, the Kirkton Inn and the more popular White Horse, as well as two shops and a postal office. The village is in the catchment area for high schools in Ayr, Maybole and Dalmellington
