    Ardrishaig,pronounced 'ardrishig', Gaelic 'Rubha Aird Driseig' is a lochside village at the southern eastern entrance to the Crinan Canal in west Scotland, in Argyll. Historically, this was once used as a smuggling point . immediately to the south of the town of Lochgilphead. It has a pier, a lighthouse, a couple of pubs, antiques shops and hotels
